Consulting

R500’s consulting services focus on 3 types of activities

  1. relational foundation analysis: measuring the strength of the relational fabric inside and outside your organization as the sum of
    • the quality of relationships between people and people and parties,
    • the quality of the relationship of people and the organization, including its past and future.

Both are measured as the combination of overall satisfaction and trust, affective commitment and loyalty, perceived relational orientation and quality of relational communication, degree of reciprocity and identification, and level of goodwill and continuity perceptions and behaviors

  1. formulation and implementation of behavioral loyalty propositions towards employees and customers. The top of an organization can directly contribute to obtaining the loyalty of all of its people and business partners by increasing the level of loyalty these people themselves perceive from the organization and its top towards them, including the degree in which they are involved in the strategic choices of the organization and in directing available resources to all matters they find important
  2. relational redesign or design enhancement. Analyzing which business processes, activities, programs and strategies will benefit most from a design revision or update from a mutual loyalty and relational involvement perspective.
